a Senro 3D trommel screen

is characterised by:

  • Very suitable for applications with long, thin parts (e.g. poles, planks, PVC pipes)
  • Prevents congestion / blockages in the further sorting process
  • Shape and size of sieve perforation customer- and process-specific, optionally exchangeable sieve plates
  • Low maintenance costs due to the use of high-quality wear-resistant material
  • Easy inspection options and safe access for maintenance
  • Minimal drum runout and virtually vibration-free due to milled treads
  • Ability to sieve multiple fraction sizes

3D trommel screen

A 3D trommel screen is often used as a first step in the separation process of a sorting system. A drum screen separates the material flow to be processed based on size. The material to be screened disappears through the perforation of the trommel, while the oversized fraction is discharged to the end of the trommel.

The Senro 3D trommel screen, a screen with passing fraction limitation, long parts are prevented from entering the screen fraction. Long parts can have a very undesirable effect on the subsequent sorting process.

The patented 3D trommels consists of a combination of a number of precisely coordinated systems.

Senro B.V. develops and produces trommel screens for a wide variety of applications. Each trommel screen is always designed specifically for the customer by our in-house engineering department, making it perfectly suited for the desired sorting and capacity.
