Situation analysis
Whatever materials you process, we always rise to the challenge of designing the most functional sorting installation possible for you. To this end, we do a thorough analysis of your specific situation and back up our proposal with realistic revenues and payback periods.
Engineering
Our engineers do an accurate survey of your site. They make 3D scans of the buildings and existing machinery with pipe or cable routes, and create 3D models of these to fit your sorting line as optimally as possible. We always deliver customised solutions. Even if a sorting technique is requested that does not yet exist, we rise to the challenge.
Production
We produce and assemble everything under one roof with our own staff and only use European suppliers. This ensures quality and flexibility on every project, making our solutions 'plug & play' for immediate implementation.
Installation and aftercare
Our technicians stay on site until every part of the sorting plant is fine-tuned and the complete line is running fully as desired. We also provide full training, service and maintenance support for our customers.
