Our technology:
2D trommel screen
A trommel screen is commonly used as the first step in the separation process of a sorting plant. The screening drum separates the material stream to be processed according to size. The screened fraction to be sieved disappears through the perforation of the sieve drum, while the oversized fraction is discharged to the end of the drum.
A Senro drum sieve basically consists of a support frame, four support wheels, a sieve drum, discharge chutes, and a casing with provisions for safe inspection and cleaning.
Senro develops and produces drum screens for a wide range of applications. In each case, the drum screen is specifically designed by our own engineering department so that it is ideally suited for the required sorting and capacity.

Features of the 2D Drum Screen
- Can be used for many applications
- Shape and size of sieve perforation customer and process specific
- Optional interchangeable screening plates
- Low maintenance costs due to use of high-quality abrasion-resistant material
- Easy inspection possibilities and safe access for maintenance
- Minimum drum oscillation and virtually vibration-free, due to turned treads
- Possibility of sieving multiple fraction sizes
