Our working method
In-house engineering
Our engineers enable us to design the perfect sorting line for your situation.
Flexibility in the design process
During the design process, the client's wishes are carefully integrated. You even have the opportunity during this process to further develop the design because of any new insights or needs. It is genuinely a dynamic and interactive collaboration.
Overcoming challenges
At Senro, we don't shy away from any challenge. Whether it is complex sorting, limited space on site or unique customer requirements, our engineering team is ready to overcome any obstacle and provide innovative solutions.
Customisation for each customer
At Senro, every project is designed with the 'fit for purpose' principle to ensure that it is not oversized or undersized. We strive to provide solutions that perfectly match customer needs. By working closely with our customers, we can deliver solutions that are not only efficient, but also future-proof.
The power of engineering
Engineering is at the core of our business and enables us to design the optimal sorting line.. With a dedicated team of engineers and a focus on customisation, we continue to strive for excellence and customer satisfaction in everything we do.

From concept to realisation
At Senro, engineering is the follow-up step to the thorough situation analysis. After understanding your specific needs and analysing the situation on site, our engineering team gets to work. This analysis forms the foundation for the development process, where we strive for innovative solutions that perfectly match your specific project requirements.
We develop solutions together with the customer, not for the customer.

Creative concept formation
The engineering process starts with bringing the creative concept to life. A lead engineer converts the concept into a complete 3D model. A team of experienced engineers then refines the 3D model into production drawings. This is all being done under the supervision of a dedicated project manager.

Detailed 3D designs
As the engineering of a project progresses, the 3D design gets more and more detailed. With advanced software, we are able to match all components and landings in an installation, seamlessly.

We have never designed two identical sorting lines before. That is what makes engineering such a cool challenge!

Cooperation between engineering and manufacturing
Close cooperation between the engineering team and the production floor is essential for successful project realisation. Through constant communication and coordination, we ensure that the design is seamlessly translated for the production environment.
